Delivery and refunds
Check that your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM before buying. Read the plan coverage, activation rules and
validity. You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase if the eSIM has not been used for mobile data on
a supported network. Once you have activated the eSIM and used mobile data, it is not refundable. To request a refund,
open support from My Orders or email hello@roamzo.app with your order number. If installation or service fails, contact
support before deleting the eSIM. We check activation and usage with the supplier before confirming eligibility. These
conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method. For payments processed by Whop, refunds typically
appear within 3–7 business days after Whop processes them, depending on your bank or payment method. We confirm when the
refund has been submitted. Cryptocurrency refunds require support to verify the destination and timing before sending
funds.
Unused, uninstalled eSIMs may qualify for an automatic refund within 30 days.
This eSIM needs a support review before it can be refunded.
