Open the purchase from your account
Sign in with the email used at checkout and open your purchases. The receipt link shows the order reference, items, purchase time, total and payment information available for that order.
To install an eSIM or check its data, use My eSIMs and the eSIM’s management page. The receipt records the purchase; the eSIM page is designed for installation and ongoing use.
Keep private receipt links confidential. A receipt can contain personal order information and should not be posted in a public support forum.
If you need help matching a bank transaction, send support the order reference, amount and approximate payment time. For accounting questions or a correction to purchase details, contact our team rather than changing unrelated account information and assuming an old receipt will update.
