Check the email Apple used for Roamzo
Sign in with Apple can share your usual email or a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email. Orders linked to another email may not appear in that account automatically.
Check the email in your order confirmation and the address Apple associates with Roamzo in your Apple Account settings. Make sure private relay forwarding is enabled if you expect purchase or support emails there.
Use the same sign-in method and purchase email when returning to your eSIMs. Removing Roamzo from Apple’s sign-in settings is not the same as cancelling a paid plan or turning off renewal.
If purchases are split across email addresses, contact support for an ownership review. Do not share your Apple password or verification codes. We cannot merge access based only on an unverified email mentioned in chat.
