Turn it off before the next charge
Sign in and open the eSIM’s renewal settings or your account’s auto-renewal section. Choose the option to disable renewal and confirm that it is off.
Your current paid plan remains valid until its expiry. Turning off renewal does not refund a completed purchase or delete the eSIM from your phone.
Cancel before the next scheduled charge. If a renewal payment has already been submitted, it may still finish; check the order and payment status rather than assuming it was reversed.
Deleting the eSIM from your phone, uninstalling the Roamzo app or closing a browser does not turn off renewal. If you cannot access the correct account or a charge is already pending, contact support with the order reference.
