An unstarted order can offer a cancellation option. Once a number is assigned, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the receiving state and whether a code has arrived.
A confirmed failed or cancelled no-code order may qualify for a refund under the applicable policy. A pending or uncertain transaction needs verification before we can treat it as failed.
Receiving a code completes the service even if you later decide not to use it. Do not assume a delivered code can be cancelled like an unstarted order.
Open the order’s available action or contact support with its reference. Do not include the actual code. For conditions and refund timing, see the refund policy.
