How do one-time SMS codes work?

A temporary number for one supported service On the website, choose the service and an available country, review the price and complete the purchase using your verified account email. Open your SMS inbox and request the number when you are ready to use it. An unstarted paid order can remain ready for up to 24 hours. After requesting a number, follow the receiving window shown in the inbox; do not assume it lasts 24 hours. Enter the assigned number in the selected service and request its SMS. The incoming code appears in your private inbox when received. Assigning a number is not the same as receiving a code. These numbers are temporary and do not provide calls, outgoing SMS, mobile data or long-term account recovery. A third-party service may reject a number; acceptance is not guaranteed. Check the number and service first Make sure you entered the assigned number correctly in the service you selected and requested an SMS rather than a voice call. Check whether the service accepted the number and whether the receiving window is still open. Keep the private SMS inbox open or return to it to check for an update. Do not repeatedly buy new numbers while the current order’s outcome is unknown. Use cancellation when the inbox offers it. Eligibility depends on the actual order and receiving status; a number that already received a code is different from an unstarted or confirmed no-code order. If the service rejects the number, the window expires or the status is uncertain, contact support with the order reference and error. Never send passwords or verification codes to support. Once a number is assigned, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the receiving state and whether a code has arrived. A confirmed failed or cancelled no-code order may qualify for a refund under the applicable policy. A pending or uncertain transaction needs verification before we can treat it as failed. Receiving a code completes the service even if you later decide not to use it. Do not assume a delivered code can be cancelled like an unstarted order. Select the number to read incoming messages during its active rental period. Check that you are viewing the right number and that its assignment and rental are active. How do rented-number expiry and renewal work?

Use the end date shown in your account Number rentals use the period and expiry shown for that purchase. A calendar month is not always the same number of days. Check the actual end date rather than estimating it from a fixed day count. Where renewal is available, arrange it before expiry and review the price and payment terms. An optional auto-renewal setting must be enabled and authorized; simply keeping a number in your inbox does not renew it. After expiry, incoming access can stop and the number may become unavailable or later be reassigned. Do not assume that a delayed renewal can recover the same number.
