Check the selected plan’s details
Hotspot availability depends on the plan and device. Where tethering is supported, select the travel eSIM for mobile data and turn on Personal Hotspot or Wi-Fi hotspot in your phone’s settings.
Connected devices use the same data allowance and validity as the phone. A laptop can consume data quickly through updates, backups and video calls. Consider disabling automatic downloads before connecting it.
If data works on the phone but the hotspot does not, check the hotspot APN instructions for your specific eSIM, if supplied. Also check the phone’s hotspot settings and restart the connection.
Do not assume every destination or plan has identical hotspot settings. Contact support if your plan’s details are unclear or sharing still fails. Unlimited fair use rules apply to shared usage too.
