Check each destination is included
Regional plans cover only the countries in their coverage list. Confirm the full itinerary before buying. A nearby country is not automatically included.
When you enter another included country, keep the travel eSIM selected for data and its roaming enabled. The phone should register on a supported local network; this may take a little time.
If it stays connected to an old network or loses service, toggle airplane mode and try automatic network selection again. Use manual selection only for a supported network listed for that destination.
Crossing a border does not restart the plan’s validity or reset its data bundle. Outside the plan’s coverage, arrange another suitable plan. Contact support if an included destination does not connect after the usual troubleshooting steps.
