Your eSIM management page can offer usage and expiry notifications. Fixed-data plans can warn when 20% or less of the allowance remains. Expiry alerts can warn when the plan is within 24 hours of ending.
Unlimited plans do not have a fixed total-data balance, so a fixed-data low-balance alert does not apply in the same way. Check the options offered for your plan.
Alerts rely on the status and usage information received from the network. Usage delays, email delivery or device notification settings can affect when you see them.
Use alerts as a helpful reminder, not a guarantee of real-time protection against running out. Before an important journey or call, check the eSIM’s remaining data, validity and renewal status directly.
